The XVI International Exhibition “Flowers’2009” will take place in the All-Russian Exhibition Center (VVC), Moscow, Russia.
What is “FLOWERS” exhibition? The largest professional exhibition on this theme. The largest international trade show for floriculture and ornamental gardening. The only representative display of floricultural produce and ornamental gardening in Russia. Business representatives from all Russian regions and CIS countries.
Exhibition participants:
Producers and distributors of flowers, plants and nurseries produce. Manufacturers and distributors of machinery and technological equipment. Manufacturers and distributors of garden implements and materials for greenhouses. Landscape services. Services. Consulting. Logistics. IT. Specialized publications.
Exhibition visitors: Top executives, owners, professionals from flower and plant producing companies, wholesale an retail trading companies and organizations, landscape architects, florists, designers.

Collection of Entry Passes and Badges.
1. Participants receive entry passes and badges provided 100% payment for participation is effected and after presentation of an original copy of the Contract (singed and stamped by the company head) to the Organizer.
2. Entry passes for mounting and building personnel for the period from August 31 to September 2, and entry passes for vehicles to enter VVC grounds are available in Building 29 (Pavilion “Floriculture and Greenery”) from 27 August to 1 September, 2009.
3. Badges for the participants can be collected in Pavilion 69 (1-2 September)
after receipt by the Organizer of a form with participants names.
Entry of Vehicles.
Entry of vehicles with exhibition materials into VVC grounds is allowed on August 31- Sptember 2 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. against company way bills bearing the name of the exhibition (“Flowers’2009”).
During the exhibition period (4 - 7 September) - by passes of an established form. The Gates are open for entry and exit:

Important! 2 - 3 September – Pavilion No.69 will work during night hours. Show hours: 3 September from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
4 - 5 September from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
6 September from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Stand Decoration.
Entry of external stand builders: 31 August, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. provided they have prior accreditation at “Montazhnik” Ltd., the General Builder of the exhibition (Selskokhozaistvennaya str., 4, Tel: 8(499)181-41-06).
Entry of participants and stand design:
- for stands over 20 sq.m: 1 September, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- for stands under 20 sq.m: 2 September, from 10 a.m. To avoid damages of the stand panels while designing the display it is prohibited to use nails, pins and adhesive tape for sticking ads. In case of equipment damage the Participant shall reimburse to the Organizer its triple cost. Water outlets for watering plants and flowers are located at specially allocated places indicated on the plan. Important! It is not allowed to flush leaves, flowers, plants fragments and other wastes down the sewerage. Locks and keys with lockable offices can be obtained from “Capitel”, the building company, on pledge (100 rubles). Cooler for drinking water (cold and hot) are supplied on preliminary request.
Cost – 120 Euro. As per the Contract stand cleaning is not provided by the Organizer. The Organizer provides only general cleaning of the exhibition passages between stands. So after the closing hours (daily) the participants are requested to move accumulated wastes out of the stands into the aisles. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle stands, sell or distribute exhibits. Dismantling period: ramps No. 8, 9 will work for exhibits removal
from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (6 September)
from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (7 September). Before the beginning of the exhibition the Participants have to verify mutual settlements with the Management and submit to the Management signed original copies of the Contracts.
On completion of work the Participants have to hand over all rented equipment and implements in serviceable state as per the acceptance certificate or in case of damages reimburse their full cost. The participants are also invited to take part in the exhibition business program.
Refer to the website of the exhibition: www.expoflowers.ru. Security and Precautions. The participants of the exhibition are responsible for the safety of exhibits and stand equipment during show hours, mounting and dismantling periods.
The Organizer provides for general security of the exhibition territory. The Management is responsible for stand security during exhibition period at night hours
(from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m.).
Valuables left on the stands overnight are to be presented to the Security. The Management strongly recommends to the Participants to pay special attention to security of their personal belongings. Do not leave mobile phones, notebooks, bags with documents and money, and/or other valuables on the stands unattended! Exhibition Catalogues. Catalogues are available at Information counter:

- electronic Catalogue on 5 September 12 a.m. – 6 September
Additional Services.
- Exhibition Service Center - A-012, 1st Floor, Pavilion N. 69 ( Fax, Xerox, Internet).
- Exhibition electronic catalogue on website: www.expoflowers.ru (during the whole year). The Participants have an opportunity to place additional information about their companies in the electronic catalogue of the exhibition, as well as to update it in the course of the year. All changes are made on request, once a month.
- First aid post is open during show hours – A- 011, 1st floor.
