There is a considerable volume of import of cut flowers, pot plants and planting stock.
Reliable and high quality garden implements and machinery are also in great demand.
Along with the increase of the national production there is a notable growth of the world import of seeds, bulbs, cut flowers, pot plants and materials.
Annually the produce of ornamental gardening imported into Russia makes up 1 milliard US dollars.
