The pioneer in the Ecuadorian cut roses industry, Agroflora has been producing roses for more than two and a half decades. Agroflora is located near a small town, Tabacundo, 60 km north of Quito. The farm lies on a plateau in front of the breathtaking Volcano Cayambe (9.240 ft.). We started Queenroses, as part of our group, fourteen years ago. This farm is located next to the Ecological Reserve "El Angel", 170 km (105.6) north of Quito in the Province of Carchi.
Today, we have over 30 ha producing roses in the two farms. Both of our farms are ideally located on the Equatorial Line where the perpendicular solar radiation equals days and nights, high altitude (2800 meters above sea level) and spring like climate, are key factors in producing the best quality roses.
