The State unitary enterprise "Gorzelenhoz No. 4", was established in 2005 by separating from GUP "Moszelenhoz".
The main field of its activities is maintenance and capital repairs of landscaping facilities. In 2010 the area of the served facilities totals
550.89 ha. The enterprise has a good material and technical base and qualified stuff. Annually it plants in the city over 1 million seedlings of annual flowers and about 300 000 tulip bulbs.
"Gorzelenhoz No. 4" takes an active part in city competitions and flowerbed festivals; has got certificates and diplomas; participates in charity events.
